This sausage dish can be served as a stand-alone or with bread.
Curried Sausage Stew
This superbly tasty recipe adds a classic Indian twist to a simple sausage stew. Also, who doesn’t love curry? The spicy curry taste blended with delicious sausages makes this dish finger-licking and a must-have on your food timetable. Pre-cook the sausages in a large saucepan turning them every 6 minutes until browned. Add onion, carrots and garlic. Once the onions are brown, add curry powder and cook for 30 seconds. Add the sausages and bring to boil. Simmer uncovered for 25 minutes. Add peas and cook for 2 minutes. Serve with steamed rice.
