KCB Group and Placid View Properties Limited, the owners of the Ole-Sereni Hotel have today signed a Ksh1.9 billion deal for financing of the second expansion phase of the 5 star hotel. KCB has been giving loan under its KCB’s Asset Based Financing portfolio, which supports structured financial partnerships with its clients and this is one of those loans.
KCB has been bankrolling such initiatives in order to drive growth of businesses in the region. KCB Chief Business Officer & MD Kenya Sam Makome said that strategic collaborations will enhance provision of services of the Bank’s business customers.
Ole-Sereni on Mombasa Road offers breathtaking view of the Nairobi National Park. The new development will offer a fine blend of African and modern deco; fine finishes and impeccable design. Exclusivity and convenience will be the signature of this hotel. The hotel will have a Grand Hall, which is able to host up to a sit down event for 800 people or entertain up to 1000 guests. Offering 154 rooms, which will be a combination of guest rooms and service apartments. An ‘All day Dining’ restaurant and an ethnic restaurant offering middle-eastern cuisine.
