Intercontinental Hotel Nairobi wants to celebrate its relaunched iconic Safari Bar by giving you an offer you can’t refuse. They have a promotion where you get two-for-one promotion on signature cocktails. They also have a new, revamped drink and bar snack menus. The Safari Bar promotion will run until 15th May 2015.
The Intercontinental Hotel Group (IHG) has revamped its menus and is rolling the menus across Asia, Middle East and Africa (AMEA) region. The program celebrates more then 150 years of drinks mixology and features the region’s best loved and timeless cocktails. The timeless cocktails are made with Pernod Richard premium brands. The snack menu has been created by talented IHG hotel chefs.
Some of the new drinks include signature cocktails like the Dry Martini, the Whisky Sour and Mexican Margarita. Some of the new snacks include the signature Safari burger made of grilled beef with melted provolone, Deep fried school prawns with paprika mayonnaise aragula, sun-dried tomato in a soft bun brushed by balsamic mayo, Portobello mushroom, and the mouth-watering barbeque chicken wings.
The partnership between Intercontinental Hotel Group and Pernod Richard inspired the new menus and will see some classic cocktails which were not previously available on the menu.
