Online e-commerce platform Jumia has partnered with World’s-leading beauty products company, L’Oreal East Africa for Super Brand Day (SBD). Jumia’s Super Brand day is a ONE-DAY-ONLY sales event, happening on the 3rd of June.

It comes on a Monday, 2 days after Kenyans have celebrated Madaraka Day. Perhaps this will be the chance to extend the spirit of ownership and freedom and get to experience the best of both worlds as we stretch the Madaraka Day weekend.

Jumia customers and lovers of L’Oreal products will explore, discover and shop for the best of what L’Oreal has to offer across multiple brands. It is also a chance to appreciate the free Kenyan woman, her diversity, intelligence, beauty, irresistible charm fearless attitude and resilience.

Why shop on Super Brand Day on Jumia?

Why not? If you have experienced the perks of Black Friday, you automatically know that SBD will be the day to find new and the best deals on various products. What’s amazing is that instead of the hustle and bustle of scouring through other online platforms, your local e-commerce site (Jumia) brings L’Oreal products to you. From Maybelline, Mixa, Garnier and Dark & Lovely. Get to shop for hair, skin and beauty products and pay cash on delivery. Timely delivery guaranteed.

While you shop, you can also get to win stuff like a spa voucher for 2 from Garnier, or a one year supply of MIXA, or Dark and Lovely 3 in 1 conditioner for one year.

Besides an exciting shopping spree on Jumia, L’Oreal has sought to understand what beauty really means for the Kenyan woman. This is by engaging different Kenyan women across various platforms. In the spirit of Madaraka, here are some of the responses from the women who await the SBD in anticipation.

“Beauty for me is about feeling super good about myself, which makes me feel powerful. It makes a whole difference when you feel good about yourself and it will definitely reflect to those around you”, Julie Mutwasi.

“Honestly, beauty is in the mind. You are as beautiful as you perceive yourself. You can feel like a queen, feel strong, and beautiful, through appreciating your whole self-more. I try to let confidence define me and not let society define my being”, Irene Waithera.

“Beauty means feeling good about yourself, whether it is because of makeup or nice clothes or exercising, it is having confidence in yourself”, Violet Akinyi.

L’Oreal believes the Kenyan woman is strong, beautiful and independent and once empowered the whole community shall be victorious.

So get ready for Monday the 3rd of June and shop for all the L’Oreal products for up to 40% off.  Here is the page you need to go to. The deals are really amazing.
