Infinix Mobility continues to tighten its grip on the Kenyan market. Barely three months after launching its highly rated Smartphone- Infinix Zero 3, the company is at it again. This time launching Infinix Hot 3. The device, which is an upgrade of its successor Infinix Hot 2, started selling exclusively on the e-commerce platform- Kilimall towards the end of last month. It will retail for Kshs. 7899. This phone comes in five sleek and trendy designs that are tailored to suit your preferences.

Screen Size

Infinix Hot 3 has a considerable number of upgrades that make it trendy yet affordable. For starters, the screen size is an impressive 5’’5 up from 5’’ in the Infinix Hot 2. The device has a HD screen resolution (720p) which enables users to enjoy clearer images and videos. It also enhances users’ gaming experience.

Battery Life

Following complaints by most users about Infinix Hot 2 shortcomings on battery life, the company upgraded the battery size from 2200 Mah to 3000 Mah which lasts longer.

Operating System

While the Infinix Hot 2 ran on the not so user-friendly Android OS, Infinix Hot 3 has been upgraded and has XUI OS. Under the Android OS, Hot 2 users had limited access to pre-loaded apps. In some instances they were forced to download basic apps such as gallery and file manager. This has been rectified in Infinix Hot 3.

Camera

It has become virtually impossible for smartphone users to live without taking selfies. A key highlight in the upgrade of the device is the camera. While the primary camera at the back can perform equally well as the Infinix Hot 2- 8-megapixels (back) and 2-megapixels (front), Infinix Hot 3 has an added advantage as it comes with a front camera with a flash next to it. There’s no limit to the timing of your selfies. With this phone, you can take selfies in low light or even at night giving you the ultimate selfie experience. How cool is that?

Design

Infinix Hot 3 has an elegant design that is slimmer and lighter than its predecessor.

Infinix Hot 3 retains will have a memory configuration at 1GB RAM and 16GB internal storage which is similar to Infinix Hot 2.
