Airtel Kenya today launched a new tariff which will be very popular with social media users. The flexible and affordable bundled tariff dubbed “UnlimiNet” offers talk time and texts to any network in Kenya for as little as Ksh. 50. The prepaid tariff offers 100 MB data daily, 20 free minutes, voice calls to any network and 100 free texts to all networks. You will also be able to access full speed internet access to Facebook, Twitter, Whatsapp, Instagram and Gmail within the day of subscription even after exhausting your data bundle.

The innovativeness of this product is its flexibility and affordability. You are able to choose from a range of daily, weekly and monthly bundles and don’t forget that even if you exhaust your data bundle you will still have access to social media. This is something that Airtel says is key from listening to customers who said that they would like to still be able to use social media even when they have exhausted their internet bundles. This tariff is a first in the market and it has been put together according to the needs of the customers.

The tariff is also the most affordable cross-network voice call offer with blended rates as low as Ksh. 1.70 per minute. This tariff is a permanent one.

Airtel Kenya CEO Adil El Youssefi said that internet has become an essential part of our lives and people would like to remain connected to loved ones, be able to study, work and get updated on the latest news. “Airtel UnlimiNET is designed to enable Airtel customers remain connected to their social and professional networks all day without worrying about MBs running out. ”

To subscribe to the UnlimiNET bundles all you have to do is dial *544# from your Airtel phone and choose which bundle you prefer.
