Great apartment dogs
Basenji: a small to the medium-sized breed of African origin that was a hunting dog. It’s an adorable friendly dog that easily adapts to apartment living. They are known for being independent, intelligent and so quiet, they’re called the “barkless dog.” They bark so little because of their flat larynx. They are active dogs that require regular exercise and mental stimulation but are so low-maintenance they are cat-like.

Bulldogs: are one of the most recognizable breeds. They are known for being affectionate, easy-going and playful around their owners. They are loyal and satisfied with moderate exercise so they’re comfortable just chilling indoors. They are not very vocal and rarely bark, instead making a snoring sound. They are also people pleasers so training them is a breeze.

Greyhounds: large and slender dogs known for being calm, gentle, friendly and affectionate with their owners. They are super laid back and enjoy relaxing at home. They don’t usually bark but may be unable to stop themselves from doing it during play or when they’re with other dogs. They are considered one of the best apartment dogs.

The Daschund: a small and energetic breed that is known for being playful and affectionate. They are also very intelligent and can easily be trained. They rarely bark making them great dogs for apartment living. They also require little exercise and are a good choice for less active people.

Pomeranians: are tiny, fluffy, playful, and outgoing and have long been a favourite of royals and commoners alike. They are intelligent, extremely friendly and easy to train and rarely bark making them a great apartment dog.
