It’s also very popular in keeping urinary tract infections at bay.

Cayenne

Most of us have been ingesting cayenne since our early childhood days without our knowledge. The amazing chilli powder that we dash onto our roasted maize by the roadside is heavily infused with cayenne which has been praised for its health benefits since ancient times.

Cayenne is widely considered to be a powerful anti-inflammatory spice that fights off nose and throat congestion, reduces blood sugar and has long been used as a digestive aid as well.
