I’ve always been in a very committed relationship with burgers. The succulent juiciness of the meat, lettuce and sauces sinking into my teeth was always something to look forward to every Sunday after church. My best days were when my mum would take us out for burgers at Wimpy and Steers for being such good children during the week. Those were some really good times.

However, there’s nothing better than tucking into the juicy patties of your burger with all those building flavors and sauces deliciously dripping from the sides of your mouth and getting another one absolutely free!

Yes!

Life is gearing up for another foodie adventure and there’s no better way than kicking out the depressing weather by treating yourself, your family and loved ones to this year’s Annual Burger Festival.

Inspired by what I can only term as a genie granting wishes, EatOut Kenya created a food festival guaranteed to tantalize your taste buds! Taking place from May 8th to May 14th, the second annual Burger Festival in Partnership with Visa is set to take place at over 90 restaurants around Nairobi and for the very first time, Mombasa, with each restaurant offering a juicy 2 for 1 deal on burgers.

EatOut have teamed up with VISA as the title sponsors of the festival that has attracted a wide range of restaurants and fast food outlets offering everything from classic beef, cheese and chicken burgers to delicious veggie burgers and for the first time, sushi burgers!

All you have to do to enjoy this deal is download your free Burger Pass from Nairobi Burger Festival, present it to a participating outlet, buy your burger and get another burger absolutely free!

General Manager at EatOut Kenya Michelle Slater highlighted that EatOut loves putting on festivals like this. She emphasised on how there is nothing quite like tucking into a juicy burger and the tantalizing experience you get when you combine that already delicious experience with an offer to have not one, but two burgers!

This gives consumers the chance to kick back from their tiring day-to-day schedules, step out and enjoy a couple of hours catching up with their loved ones as they enjoy the great value a couple of new restaurants both in Nairobi and Mombasa and of course revisit a few old favourites.

Other sponsors include Radio Africa with Kiss FM, East FM and X FM, Bidco Africa, Coca-Cola, East African Breweries, Kenafric Industries, Tangerine Investment, Mdundo and Yummy Magazine. We have also teamed up with USIU, where university students will get a chance to indulge on the 2 for 1 deal on burgers at their campus for one day by the Brew Bistro Food Truck.

How it Works

1. Download your FREE #BurgerFest pass.
2. Choose the restaurant you want to go to from over 90 participating outlets.
3. Show your waiter your pass (on your phone or printed out).
4. Enjoy the offer!

To WIN a free meal for two at one of your favourite restaurants, make sure to follow EatOut on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Or stay tuned to Kiss FM, East FM and X FM for giveaways.
