My sister and I have always been close since childhood. She’s four years older than me so she taught me everything I needed to know about life. All of her friends knew me as “Linda’s little brother” and they seemed to be fond of me. When she hosted them at home, I would always crush their party and entertain them. It was fun being the centre of attention. However, my sister warned me to stay away from her friends, especially her best friend.
“I don’t like how close you’re getting to my best friend.” She said.
I laughed it off because I was young and wasn’t even attracted to her or any girls at that time. However, her best friend was clearly attracted to me. She flirted with me any time we were together. She was the one who would call me from my room to go and keep them company when they came to visit my sister.
We kept in touch throughout the years though we weren’t that close after she moved out from my parent’s home to go to university in Eldoret. Around this time, I was a Form 2 student with no means of travelling hundreds of kilometres to visit her. The best I could do was talk to her over the phone.
I had a cheap Android phone I had sneaked into school with which I used to chat with her, every once in a while. She shared pictures of her and I would send mine as well.
“Do you like what you see?” I asked flirtatiously.
“Yeah, you’ve grown.” She answered.
Eventually, the chats stopped and we lost touch completely. I tried to ask my sister about her but all I got was a killer side eye.
When I finished high school, I decided to reach out to her to see what she was doing.
“Do you have a boyfriend now?”
“Not really. I haven’t found my type yet.” She replied.
I already knew the answer since I overheard her conversation with my sister over the phone saying how she found out her boyfriend was cheating on her. It was like a sign from heaven to finally make a move on her after all these years.
I wanted to visit her but I didn’t know how my sister would feel if she found out. She was still her best friend and she would find out sooner or later. However, my feelings for the girl overpowered me and I decided to pay her a visit at her school.
“Can I come and visit you?” I finally asked.
“Of course, you can. I’ve missed your silly jokes.” She answered and laughed.
As soon as we ended the call, I started packing a small bag and preparing to go all the way to Eldoret not knowing how our encounter would go. However, my only goal was to see that I wasn’t the little boy she used to know.
My nerves were still high on the day I was travelling. All I could think about while on the bus was whether I was making a mistake. I was not only going to meet my sister’s best friend but also I wasn’t sure if she would be interested in me. However, when I got there, She was more than happy to see me.
She jumped on me, almost taking me to the ground and gave me the biggest hug I had ever had.
“Oh, wow. I didn’t expect this kind of welcome.” I said as she still clung to me.
She finally let go but still held my hand.
“What do you mean? I missed you so much.” She answered.
We walked a short distance to a small house she was renting out. She welcomed me with a glass of cold soda which helped relieve my fatigue after the long bus ride.
“You look much better in person.” She said as she admired my chiselled body.
I purposely wore a tight-fitting T-shirt that showed off my muscles.
“Thank you. You look as beautiful as always.”
Unlike me, she hadn’t changed much. She still had a slim frame which I found very attractive. As we chatted, she noticed that I was sweaty and asked if I wanted to take a shower.
“You can make yourself comfortable as I go to buy some groceries.” She said.
I took up her offer and jumped in the shower as she left for the shop. When she came back, she found me oiling me with a towel wrapped around my waist.
“Damn, how are you this hot? I remember how skinny you were when we were kids.”
“I started playing football in high school.”
“Don’t stop because you look really good.”
Since it was so hot, I decided to stay in the towel so that I could cook off before wearing my clothes. She started preparing food as I stood against the wall talking to her.
However, I couldn’t resist her anymore and I made a move on her. I pulled her close to me and she reached in for a kiss. The kiss went on for several minutes before she pulled me to the bed and started to take off her clothes. We were so caught up in the moment that we forgot all about the food.
We had sex two times before it hit her that her food was burning. She rushed to remove it from the gas cooker but it was too late. The rice was all black.
She called a friend of hers who sold food and asked her to deliver some to her place. That was one of the best days of my life. Everything was better than I expected. She looked better. The sex was better and the whole day just went great.
I spent the whole weekend there and left on Monday. My sister called her several times while I was there which was a constant reminder that I was sleeping with her best friend. However, she has never found out that I had sex with her best friend to this day.
