It’s easier to jog every day if you have a routine. Develop a routine that’s best suited for you. For instance, if you’re not actively exercising, start with a 20-minute light jog then increase your pace for the next 20-minutes. A routine will also help you to be more consistent as you’re more aware of what you should be doing.

Jogging can be a great way to catch up with your friends while keeping fit. You can even make it a social event to meet up with your friends daily. Recruit a friend or spouse to be your jogging partner when you start and pick a place and time that’s convenient for both of you.

The more you resist, the harder your jogging session becomes. One of the many benefits of jogging is that it helps you relax. You may feel a rush of positivity as you run since it helps release endorphins which are the feel-good hormones in our brain. Therefore, instead of thinking about how tired or strenuous it feels, embrace the runner’s high.
