If you are a writer or want to write but are unsure of where to start then you should attend the the Writivism festival in Uganda. Writivism is an annual Literary Festival held every June in Kampala and features leading contemporary writers. This year it will run from June 16th to June 22nd 2015.
This year the festival is in its 3rd edition. The festival guest list boasts of authors, academics, bloggers, journalists, critics, reviewers, publishers and other stakeholders in the African literary infrastructure and is drawn from various parts of the continent and beyond.
