What would you do if you had one whole month of shopping deals, bargains, hotel deals and a chance to have a holiday as you shop?

You don’t have to think about it too much. Provided you have the cash or plastic you can go on for the shopping festival that makes all other shopping festivals look small – the Dubai Shopping Festival.

From the 1st of January to 1st of February at the Dubai Shopping Festival you have a chance to shop, experience a desert safari, hang out on the beach and check out the internationally acclaimed restaurants and amusements.

Emirates Airlines have some great deals for the Dubai Shopping Festival which include meet and assist at the airport, transfers, hotel or apartment accommodation and of course flights. Dubai Shopping Festival packages start at around USD 800 (economy class) including taxes. Check out the hotel deals and the hotels for apartments.

Riding on the three pillars of shopping, entertainment and winnings, the Dubai Shopping Festival event will feature the participation of over 70 malls and 6,000 retail outlets, offering up to 75% discounts. There will be entertainment including music concerts, carnivals and fun fairs. There will also be a chance for people to experience desert safari adventures.

NB. The temperatures will be between 22°c in January and 24°c in February so dress appropriately.
