Every once in a while we feel like trying out a different fashion style. Whether you are keen on what you wear daily or you are one of those people who dress up from time to time, accessorizing in one colour can be a fun way to switch it up. It’s also a good way to push your creativity.

The best bit is that you don’t really have to adjust your personal style to achieve this look. You can also get to wear one of your favourite colours from head to toe in a stylish way. Here are a few tips to consider if you want to pull off a look with one-colour accessories.

  1. Slightly vary the shades

Given that you are using one colour to accessorize, some colours are heavy and can be overwhelming. It can also look a bit monotonous so switch it up by using slightly different shades of the colour. For example, if you pick the colour red then you can use mix it up with lighter shades of red and darker ones. Play around with different shades of the same colour.

  1. If you choose large accessories then only wear 3-4 pieces

Fashion experts advise that if you decide to wear large accessories then limit the number to 4. Depending on your personal style, you might be a fan of chunky accessories so you might want to wear more than one. However, make sure that the accessory pieces are the same colour. This makes it easy because the look we are going for is using one colour to accessorize. Have fun with it with your earrings, neckpiece, bracelet and rings. The accessories should be of the same style.

 3. Keep your aesthetic consistent

Even though you are accessorizing in one colour you still need to stick to one style. For example, if you decide to go for a bohemian vibe then all your accessories should be consistent. Don’t mix up a minimalistic style accessory with a bohemian one just because they are the same colour. Decide what style you are going for and then even with the same colour accessories, pick out items that are consistent with that style.

Here are 7 Fashionable Colours You Should Add To Your Wardrobe

  1. Your accessories should match the tone of your outfit

Whether you are in a dress, jumpsuit or skirt, your choice of jewellery should match the tone of your outfit. If you choose a black outfit then the accessories should be as calm as the black colour.  Brighter colours like red and yellow require accessories that match up to this warmth.

Of course, after you are done pulling off the one-colour accessories look don’t forget to capture those memories. For the shoot, the Tecno Camon 12 was used to create lasting memories. With its 16+2+8MP AI Max Triple camera and a front 16MP whether you want to take a selfie or use the back camera, you are guaranteed to take quality pictures. The Tecno Camon 12 facilitates angle photography so you have perfect photos for your timelines. Factors To Consider While Choosing Locations For A Photo Shoot
