This year organizations are likely to hire a diverse workforce. People who fit the long lists of job descriptions they publish in newspapers are minimal now. That does not mean that there are no people who need those jobs.
They cannot apply because they do not fit the job description because of age or residency status. People in minority groups can learn skills or already have them. The problem is that traditional job descriptions do not permit them to apply. This trend might end as organizations focus on groups that do not find work easily.
