lose weight.

Many of us struggle to eat right and lose weight. We go on crash diets, register to go to the gym, do detox to get our metabolism high. We take slimming teas or slimming pills to shed pounds. We rush to buy any new product that promises weight loss in 4 to 6 weeks.

We are constantly thinking that this herb or this exercise will be a magic pill for us to shed those kilos. Sometimes they work, sometimes they don’t. Sometimes we even add more weight. This can be depressing for somebody trying to lose weight. But what if I told you that you can shed those kilograms and feel good at the same time?

You want that right?

I came across this great e-book by Jane Mukamai called eat right to get your body tight. A beginner’s guide to clean eating and weight loss a couple of months ago. I have been too busy to read it. But now that I have added back all the weight I lost during the first months of the year and added a few kg due to eating wrong during the cold season (keeping warm is my excuse) I need to get back on the road to healthy eating and exercising. This book is an awesome way to start. Please read it and share it with your friends. Let us start this journey together. Let me know how it works for you.
