Technology: Tecno Spark 3 Is Now Available For Purchase In Kenya

Tecno just announced their new Tecno Spark 3 is out and it looks stunningly bright. If you’re not aware, the giant mobile phone brand has had two previous Spark models which are some of the best-selling phones in the market. In addition, Tecno has made an impact as a reliable and affordable mobile device.  Therefore, there’s a good reason to be excited about the new Tecno Spark 3.

The name alone sparks curiosity about what it has to offer. You can expect an array of the latest features in the Tecno Spark 3. Additionally, it comes in two variants; the Spark 3 Pro and Spark 3. The only difference between the two phones is storage. The Spark 3 has 2 GB RAM with 16 GB storage with the Pro has 2 GB RAM with 32 GB storage.

At A Glance

It has an irresistible beauty. Its 6.2-inch display with a notch feature gives you a pleasant and seamless viewing experience. It has nearly zero bezels removing any distractions from the screen. The phone is also quite slim measuring 155.3 x 75.8 x 8.15 mm.

At the back, you’ll notice a dual camera. It includes a 13 MP main camera and 2MP secondary camera with face detection, AI technology, laser autofocus and dual-LED flash. Additionally, the front camera has 8 megapixels with flash.

The phone comes in three vibrant colours; Bordeaux red, midnight black, champagne gold and Nebula blue.

The device comes with a 3,500mAh battery capacity on both models but doesn’t have a fast charging feature. It runs on Android 9.0 which is the latest update, a quad-core processor and Helio A22 Chipset. In case 32 GB isn’t enough, you can expand the memory up to 64 GB.

As mentioned, Tecno delivers top-notch phones at a budget. They have managed to keep the prices really low for the Tecno Spark 3 Pro retailing at Ksh 12,499. It’s available on Jumia and comes with a limited edition gift hampers for any lucky shoppers.
